I dislike everything here. There is no value for people, seniors represent themselves as the real boss and don't care for subordinates, they don't even respect any individual. There is no support from management. There is no growth at all, you only can make good incentives basis your sa le numbers. They quantify everything with your sale numbers. Zero service to their own members and you as an employee would struggle to serve members and get humiliated by them in many ways....Read More
