Micro management, loads of tasks which are not related to KRA, un necessary Panik situation for every poor review of Guests. Family life forget about it. Manager never cares about your personal life. Only work work. No proper working hours your on job 24by7

All was good earlier at the time of old GM sir, but now working environment is very bad

Mr Amit fordell as a General Manager Red Fox Hotel Bhiwadi Behaviour is very rude with all the employees, never supported, always abusing HODs and staffs too. Thats the only reason 8-10 employees are leaving. Extra payment to all the vendors and exceed cash purchase has started. New vendors has joined on very high rates. Ex- Car hire, (Ravi).

They usually transfer a lot to different hotels. No stability at a single hotel. They transfer each year to avoid staff aski g salary hikes. Every year staff has to prove their performance at different hotels.

All are dislikes. I worked for more than 1.5 years no appraisal no increment no salary increase on leaving the company they increased the pay. Salary very very low as compared to other lemon tree. Is you want to learn then join lemon tree only otherwise go through another
