Lemon Tree Hotels always help in learning. We are associate but we know manager level work.

Dislikes

The thing that I only don't like it that is salary increment is too slow. Associates and supervisor are getting same salary, same new joinees and experienced person are getting same.

manager n assistant manager was very good in every thing except few people who use to lot of partiality to bring on the department their origin people frankly speaking few were literate resist who use to show how kind bt later I came to know that bitter intentions

It maybe once a great hotel, but no more now to start your career. I would never suggest anyone to join this industry, the trauma, the pressure and everything which they keep on their employee is very bad. You will have to work for 12+ hours, and i clearly know and it's being a statement: you will have to come to hotel on time and just forget about the time of leaving. That was my first job where i worked And it was a pleasant experience which I had with Lemon Tree staff and the company I love to work there and Ireally love the ambience of the hotel the Manager the duty manager everyone was so good the hotel and the team help me to scale up my English and I get to know that how a hotel Industry work it was overall excellent experience

Though I have left the job but I must say I enjoyed my time there and learned many new things. The work culture nice and people there are supportive.

Though it is a mid level hotel, it should raise the standard to give good competition. For staff, some facilities like cabs can be provided and more chances to grow in career.

If you work for this company, you will be hardly getting any job if you left or if you get also it would be 2 designation down in the hierarchy where you used to work. So better to stick there, because no one is willing to hire you.
