Assistant Manager Purchase

Job Purpose : Receiving GRNs and accounting the invoices

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receipt of Bills for all Capex and Projects purchases from the Resort locations and Projects site locations with regular follow-ups
2. Checking the Bills comparing with the Purchase order and tallying for the price, discount, tax and value of the PO with Invoice.
3. Scrutinizing invoice with checking of pricing and damage or shortage of material receipt at site.
4. Creating goods receipt note for PAN India Resorts & Branches Capex purchase, New Project and Resort Renovation.
5. Accounting Invoices for PAN India Resorts & Branches Capex purchase, New Project and Resort Renovation
6. Tracking advances and adjustment of the same in the final bill settlement.
7. Follow-up of GRNS from the Resorts and Project sites on a day-to-day basis for quick process of payments.
8. Booking the invoice in SAP after scrutinising and submission of the same to Corporate Finance for payment process.
9. Follow-up with finance post submission of bills for final payment transfer
10. Uploading of scroll for all purchase invoices for approval / weekly payment list preparation

Candidate profile:

• Any bachelors degree with 5-8 Years of experience in SAP MM
