Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

To collaborate with business, HR and recruitment teams to drive consistent, effective and scalable recruitment practices.

Role & responsibilities

Partner with Business and HR teams to understand hiring needs and ensure hiring timelines are met.

Lead the end to end recruitment process across all stages from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding

Review and report KPIs of recruitment like time to fill, cost per hire etc

Generate periodic reports and dashboards to track effectiveness of recruitment efforts

Strengthen the Talent Acquisition strategy , implement new initiatives like Campus hiring, Trainee programs etc

Interact with business leaders to understand talent hiring requirements from time to time

Manage Leadership hiring and guide the recruitment team on best practices in sourcing, screening etc
