Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


1. End-to-End Recruitment (Salesforce and IT Hiring):

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, with a focus on Salesforce and IT roles.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for niche roles within Salesforce and the broader IT domain.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and employee referrals, to identify top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and establish hiring priorities.

2. Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to meet hiring goals.
  • Allocate requisitions and ensure the team delivers results within defined timelines.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, track recruitment metrics, and ensure alignment with organizational hiring strategies.
  • Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the recruitment team.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with department heads, project managers, and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, talent availability, and salary benchmarking information.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to update them on recruitment progress and challenges.

4. Talent Acquisition Strategy:

  • Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies to meet short-term and long-term organizational needs.
  • Stay updated on trends in Salesforce and IT hiring to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
  • Build employer branding strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to position Cloud Analogy as an employer of choice.
  • Implement diversity hiring initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.

5. Process Optimization and Recruitment Analytics:

  • Continuously refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Track, analyze, and present recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Utilize HRIS and ATS tools to manage recruitment workflows and reporting.

6. Market Intelligence and Networking:

  • Conduct market research to identify hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
  • Build relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and industry forums to expand the talent pool.
  • Attend job fairs, tech meetups, and industry events to strengthen the companys talent network.

7. Onboarding and Candidate Experience:

  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and transparency throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Experience: 10 - 15 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on Salesforce and IT hiring.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring for niche Salesforce roles, such as Salesforce Developers, Architects, Consultants, and Administrators.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HRIS tools.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior recruiters.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment metrics, market trends, and IT hiring best practices.
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build talent pipelines for critical roles.
