Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Create and build the talent acquisition strategy for the entire company, multi-level hiring and people management.
  • Coordinate and manage the talent acquisition process, including interviewing, selecting, and screening candidates
  • Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels.
  • Recruit, hire, and train a growing workforce, meeting business objectives and hiring needs
  • Identify, develop, and retain talent that fulfills strategic plans.
  • Create a well-developed hiring strategy and manage recruitment expenses.
  • Plan, implement, and analyse recruitment metrics,
  • Provide ongoing training and mentoring to recruiters.
  • Conduct reviews to ensure company goals and principles are met.
  • Motivate and energize team to always be candidate friendly.
  • Coach and motivate team, seeking ways to improve morale and engagement.
  • Promote and support team by building healthy workplaces
  • Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.
  • Keep track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting to the reporting Manager.
  • Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.
  • Ability to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Effectively communicate job responsibilities, work assignments, and career development
  • Track the employee performance during probation and communicate the feedback to employees and suggest improvement actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including students, alumni, local industry, and schools/ Colleges etc.
  • Set-up and manage all recruiting programs, including job ads, career fairs and workshops, and sourcing databases
  • Manage all recruiting activities, including candidate relationships, offer presentations, and coordination of new hire onboarding
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background verifications.

  • Establishing Strong Relationships and Working with Diverse Teams
  • Masters degree in human resources management with .6-10 years of experience.
  • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong at research, analytical and problem solving
  • Good Time-management and organizational skills
  • Understanding and awareness of laws, regulations, statutory norms, industrial regulations and new labour codes are necessary.
