Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The Employee Engagement Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. This role works closely with HR, leadership teams, and employees to foster a culture of collaboration, recognition, and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Engagement Strategies:
    • Design and implement programs to promote employee satisfaction and retention.
    • Conduct regular engagement surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  2. Foster Workplace Culture:
    • Promote organizational values and culture through engagement activities.
    • Develop programs to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  3. Communication and Collaboration:
    • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns.
    • Organize town halls, team-building events, and other activities to encourage open communication.
  4. Recognition and Rewards:
    • Develop and manage recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements.
    • Collaborate with leadership to ensure meaningful and equitable rewards.
  5. Employee Well-being:
    • Advocate for employee health and wellness initiatives.
    • Partner with HR to address work-life balance issues and provide necessary support.
  6. Training and Development:
    • Support leadership training focused on enhancing team dynamics and engagement.
    • Facilitate workshops and seminars to build engagement-related skills.
  7. Measure and Report:
    • Monitor and track engagement metrics, analyzing trends and impact.
    • Prepare reports for leadership to highlight engagement efforts and outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile


Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or organizational development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable solutions.
  • Proficiency in using engagement tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels of the organization.
