Job Title : Employee Performance Specialist


We have an exciting opportunity for the position Employee Performance Specialist of at JAIN

Group.

Location: JAIN Campus, Jayanagar 9th block, Bangalore

Mode of Work: On-site and full time


Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 7+ years of experience in HR with a focus on employee engagement, retention, and development.
  3. Strong knowledge of DEI, performance management, and employee well-being frameworks.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  6. Proficiency in HR analytics tools to track and report on program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Employee Engagement and Well-being:

  • Develop and execute programs to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Design and manage well-being initiatives addressing physical, mental, and emotional health.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee issue resolution and conflict mediation, ensuring fair and equitable solutions.

2. Retention and Culture Building:

  • Strategize and implement retention programs to minimize employee turnover.
  • Monitor workplace culture and foster an environment of collaboration, respect, and inclusivity.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
  • Champion DEI initiatives and create an inclusive workplace for all employees.
  • Conduct training sessions to educate employees on cultural competence and unconscious bias.

3. Rewards and Recognition:

  • Design and manage recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure the rewards program remains competitive and appealing.

4. Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide tools and guidance for managers to effectively set, monitor, and evaluate employee objectives.

5. Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and create opportunities for professional growth.
  • Develop and deliver programs to upskill employees and align them with future organizational needs.

6. Compliance and Alignment:

  • Ensure all initiatives align with organizational policies and legal compliance standards.
  • Maintain metrics and dashboards to track employee satisfaction and program success.
