Mode of Work: On-site and full time

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Qualification: Any Graduation / MBA (HR)
• Experience: 5-15 yrs.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruitment
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from understanding Job Requirements, Sourcing,

Screening, Conducting Interviews, and Facilitating the hiring process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the roles responsibilities, qualifications, and

skills needed to create a detailed and accurate job description.

• Publish job openings on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and company websites

to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

• Screening the profiles, performing in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates
• Performing background verification and coordinating for the interviews with head of the

Institution.

• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
• Staying updated on the company& organization structure, personnel policy, federal and

state laws relevant to employment practices

• Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies) in the database.
• Generating reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, Training,

grievances, performance evaluations etc.)

• Deal with employee grievance regarding rules, and regulations.
• Assist in payroll team by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
