Required Qualification and Desired Skills:

Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-engagement social media content that reflects our brands voice.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Customer Experience to develop a variety of content marketing materials.
• Produce error-free content that adheres to the company's style guidelines.
• Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts.
• Simultaneously manage multiple projects with short deadlines.
• Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking to business leaders.
• Create, develop and manage content for organization's web presence.
• Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties.
• Copy, edit and proofread all web content.
• Track and report on all site metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and written skills.

Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bring fresh ideas for social media campaigns and innovative ways to increase engagement and reach.
2. Create engaging content (captions, visuals, and other formats) aligned with platform trends and audience preferences.
3. Develop and schedule content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
4. Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and posts to maintain a strong community presence.
5. Analyze social media performance and create reports with actionable insights.
6. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into strategy.
7. Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding across channels.
8. Manage promotions, including boosting posts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in managing social media platforms professionally.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
• Copywriting: Strong ability to craft engaging and compelling captions, taglines, and other written content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
