Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
Manage HR operations such as payroll management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to measure employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure effective grievance handling and redressal processes are in place to maintain a positive work environment.
Collaborate with department heads to develop strategies for employee engagement, retention, and welfare initiatives.
Manage HR with KEKA HR automation application. This is an important technology that needs to used well. Previous experience in HR Automation systems will be preferred.
