Human Resource Business Partner

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on HR-related matters, offering strategic guidance and solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

2. Employee Engagement:

• Design and implement innovative employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
• Conduct regular surveys, feedback sessions, and pulse checks to assess employee satisfaction and recommend actionable improvements.
• Organize team-building activities, workshops, and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace environment.

3. Grievance Handling:

• Serve as a point of contact for addressing and resolving employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
• Mediate conflicts and ensure a harmonious workplace by promoting open communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee relations matters.

4. Policy Making and Compliance:

• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Update policies to align with evolving business needs and statutory requirements.
• Ensure effective communication of policies across the organization.

5. Performance Evaluation:

• Drive the performance management process, including goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
• Provide training to managers and employees on performance evaluation best practices.
• Identify high performers and collaborate on career progression plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
• Experience: 4-8 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role, preferably in the IT/Cloud industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
