We are seeking a strategic and experienced Manager-HR to lead our Human Resources function, drive organizational development, and foster a dynamic work culture.


Job Summary:
SynchroServe Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and people-focused professional for the position of Head - HR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function, including Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, Employee Engagement, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS, and Professional Tax. The role demands a strong leader who can drive organisational success through effective HR policies, performance management systems, and employee satisfaction initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition & Hiring:

    • Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding.
    • Manage talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent for various positions.
    • Ensure a smooth New Hire Orientation (NHO) process to integrate new employees effectively.

Organisational Development:

    • Develop and implement strategies for organisational development and employee retention.
    • Design training programs for employee skill enhancement and growth.
    • Work closely with department heads to identify key performance metrics and career growth opportunities.

KRAs & Performance Management:

    • Implement and monitor Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for all roles.
    • Develop and maintain a robust Performance Management System to track employee performance and identify areas for improvement.

Employee Grievances & Relations:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving employee grievances.
    • Foster a positive work environment by addressing workplace issues promptly and effectively.

Attendance & Timesheets:

    • Ensure accurate tracking of employee attendance, leave, and timesheets.
    • Oversee attendance management systems to ensure timely reporting and payroll processing.

Compensation & Benefits:

    • Manage employee compensation, including salary structures, benefits, and bonus programs.
    • Ensure adherence to statutory compliances like PF, ESI, TDS, and Professional Tax.

HR Policies & Review Mechanisms:

    • Develop, implement, and update HR policies in line with industry standards and legal requirements.
    • Establish review mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies and procedures.

Onboarding & Exit Formalities:

    • Ensure smooth and efficient onboarding for new hires, including induction and documentation.
    • Manage employee exit formalities, including exit interviews, full-and-final settlements, and relieving procedures.

Employee Engagement & Organisation Announcements:

    • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and team collaboration.
    • Lead organisational announcements and communication strategies to keep employees informed.

MS Office & Excel:

    • Ensure proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and managing HR metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR Management, with a focus on payroll management, employee relations, attendance management and statutory compliance.
  • Proven track record of implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.

Key Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS, and Professional Tax regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first approach.
  • Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
