We're Hiring for HRBP - Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Sr. Manager role with Impact Guru.

Qualification : Preferably Post Graduate

About Us :

Impact Guru, India's leading healthcare financing platform for patients, raises money

online for medical expenses via crowdfunding. It aggregates many online payments to

allow any individual requiring financial assistance to raise funds for medical expenses -

be it cancer, transplant, accident, or any medical emergency.

It was incubated at Harvard Innovation Lab in the USA in 2014. ImpactGuru recently

announced a $2 million Series A round, led by Apollo Hospitals Group, Currae

Healthtech Fund, RB Investments (Singapore-based VC fund), Shorooq Investments

(middle east based VC Fund), Venture Catalysts(India's #1 angel investor group) with

participation from various other investors from the USA, Southeast Asia, and the

Middle East.

Key Responsibilities :

• HRBP will be responsible for developing and implementing HR programs such as onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• The role also involves addressing employee grievances and fostering positive employee relations.
• He/She will be responsible for dashboards preparation and analyzing HR data.
• He/She will drive organizational structure initiatives and promote diversity within the company.
• Building strong relationships with internal leaders and colleagues is essential.

Desired Exposure :

• Proficient in using dashboards and analyzing HR data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication abilities
• A solid understanding of business acumen, including finance principles, risk, reward, and business outcomes is must.
