Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist Lateral Hiring will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and hiring experienced professionals for various roles across ImpactGuru. This role requires someone with a keen understanding of lateral hiring processes and a passion for talent acquisition. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract, evaluate, and hire the best talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lateral Recruitment:
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for lateral hiring, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
    • Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and headhunting.
  2. Candidate Screening & Interviewing:
    • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate technical and behavioral interviews with relevant stakeholders.
    • Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.
  3. End-to-End Hiring Process:
    • Manage job postings and advertisements across multiple platforms.
    • Ensure all candidate communications are clear, consistent, and timely.
    • Assist in offer creation and facilitate smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
  4. Employer Branding:
    • Work on building ImpactGuru’s employer brand by participating in recruitment events, social media campaigns, and other activities.
    • Share the company culture and benefits with potential candidates to create a positive experience.
  5. Data Management & Reporting:
    • Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates, tracking key hiring metrics and KPIs.
    • Report on recruitment progress to senior management and make recommendations for process improvements.
  6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • Maintain close communication with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with team needs.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment status and resolve any challenges in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in lateral recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of lateral hiring techniques and tools.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.
    • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and social media tools for sourcing.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
