Job Title: Tele sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales over the phone, and maintaining good customer relationships. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
• Understand customer requirements and pitch appropriate products/services.
• Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability.
• Follow up with leads to close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Maintain a database of customer information and sales records using CRM tools.
• Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, issues, and interests to the marketing and product teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain confident.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
