Human Resource Business Partner

Job Description:

• Manage all HR activities for the assigned vertical(s)

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

• Partner with Sales & Servicing leadership to drive workforce planning and talent management initiatives

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience to selectedcandidates

• Take initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction and retention

• Implement performance management processes to drive the Sales & Servicing teamto excellence

• Partner with the L&D team to drive training needs

• Foster a positive work culture

• Address employee concerns promptly

• Track and publish weekly/monthly HR metrics for the vertical(s) to support decision-making
