Manager Hrbp

Role & responsibilities

This strategic role partners closely with the VP of Finance & HR and business stakeholders to:

• Drive the talent agenda and cultivate a high-engagement, employee-centric culture.
• Oversee human capital outcomes: employee relations, retention, performance management, and career development.
• Champion the employee experience by creating tools, programs, and metrics for engagement and pulse survey tracking.
• Design and implement learning strategies for employees across all levels.
• Manage HRMS modules, talent analytics, and dashboards for key metrics.
• Facilitate culture development and build critical organizational capabilities.
• Advise managers and employees on HR best practices through coaching and consultation.

• Proven expertise in talent management, organizational development, and HR consulting.
• Strategic thinker with a strong operational focus.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Confidentiality and adaptability in managing sensitive issues and complex workloads.
• Alignment of HR practices with business goals for organizational success.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales leaders and CXOs to meet business objectives.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
