Responsibilities

• Addressing employee concerns and grievances. 
• Oversee team well-being and engagement initiatives. 
• Managing appraisals and career development discussions. _ Identifying the need 
• Assisting in training programs and knowledge transfer. 
• Track and analyze HR metrics related to the IT project, such as turnover rates, engagement scores, and skill gaps. 
• Support the adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes within the IT project. 
• Support the implementation of security and confidentiality standards specific to IT projects. 
• Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, fostering open communication and resolving issues promptly. 
• Design and implement engagement activities to enhance team morale and collaboration within the IT project. 
• Monitor team dynamics and address conflicts effectively to maintain a positive work environment.Role & responsibilities
