Worst they select with in few days they say no proactiveness I need to talk with CEO daily like a principal even you update to manager and BA ... No proactiveness will say and they will remove they spoil the career

the office environment was like a sometimes BPO and sometimes academy CEO comes daily for inspection, to find attendance insufficient office space no proper on-time hikes There is no on-time insurance renewal and very little coverage, no parental coverage if you want they will provide it with commercial prices full WFO and they give WFH based on politics and shifts No work-life balance**, full pressure for a few projects employee count was less than 300 all hype culture activities
