It's a start up so they would expect you to work on every tool possible so there is skill development.

Again It's a start up, Politics by leads that are few in number, HRs are Highly unprofessionals right from hiring to firing. The way to reach this office is hard since there will be no connecting vehicles to that street from main road. the whole organisation is run by referals and family connections. dare joining as an outsider it's hard to survive. Also few business aspects of this company keep your job always at risk. 8 hours of work excluding lunch, no matter by what time you start your day there can be working till 1 in the night through sprints at times and weekend streches. No fun friday activities.

Worst they select with in few days they say no proactiveness I need to talk with CEO daily like a principal even you update to manager and BA ... No proactiveness will say and they will remove they spoil the career
