Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced HR business partner to join our team. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Desired Candidate Profile:
• Handling the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and completing necessary paperwork.
• Providing support in employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events, conducting surveys, and analyzing feedback.
• Assisting in performance management activities, including tracking performance metrics, conducting performance appraisals, and implementing employee development plans.
• Managing HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and managing HR-related documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including updating policies and procedures as necessary.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
