Senior Human Resource Generalist

Job Description

The Sr. HR Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the human resources functions

within the organization. This position involves a diverse range of responsibilities,

spanning from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. The

ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures,

excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with

confidentiality and professionalis

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and deve

effective recruitment strategies.

• Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process

to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Employee Relations:

• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing

guidance and support as needed.

• Manage employee disciplinary actions and conflict resolution

accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

• Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances and

recommend appropriate actions to resolve issues.

• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.

HR Administration and Compliance:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel

files, timekeeping, and payroll informatio

• Ensure compliance with all the local employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies,

procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive work environment.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate employee

training and development programs.

• Assist in the design and delivery of training sessions on topics such as

diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention, and leadership

development.

• Track employee training progress and evaluate the effectiveness of

training initiatives.

Skills

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a p
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Aptitude in problem-solving.
• Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
