Time tracker tools are used to rate an employees performance. This company relies more on the TD reports rather than employees capability and dedication. Lot of office politics, Micromanagement, unnecessary rules n regulations which keeps on changing person to person. HR is complete bootlicker. It seems as if she works as per PM's order rather than for the organisation. Manager is complete dumb, just harasses employees on unnecessary topics due to which most of them are in stress. "Time Doctor" it will monitor you every time. Even manager asks you while working from home you were not doing anything as there is no activity on keyboard for an hour. Management is worst company product is really good lots of things to learn.
