You will be charged with developing a complete QA program that not only safeguards the quality of our products but also fosters a “quality culture,” in which all employees become actively engaged in guaranteeing quality in both production and the finished product. Required Skills: ● Manual Tester- must have knowledge of various testing methods used while doing manual testing like UI, Functionality, Database, Black box, White box, etc. ● Web application testing must be able to test applications on different platforms, with different hardware and software configurations. ● Must have experience in preparing documentation of the application. ● Must have experience in test case creation and execution. ● Must have experience of API Testing ● Basic understanding of database systems. ● Responsible for testing mobile applications on various platforms (iOS and Android) to ensure that they meet the highest quality standards. ● Work closely with the Development Team to understand how the automation could enable quick testing. ● Partnering with the Horizontal Services teams for GUI Automation, Back End Tooling, and Regression Services. ● Build internal applications as needed to support the QA team and automate manual QA processes (App testing, Mobile testing, test environments, tools, reporting, etc.) ● Working on multiple projects simultaneously will require: requirements gathering by working closely with Operations and Development Teams, test planning, and test execution. ● Responsible for creation and maintenance of Test Requirements, Test plans, Test ● Cases in the Test Repository ● Ensuring testing delivered to schedule, budgeted resources & quality. ● Drive changes in test processes to improve productivity and efficiency. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Communication throughout the sprint/release cycle, quality and delivery of the entire feature Skills ● 2+ years’ experience as QA/ Manual Tester. ● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working with Scrum teams. ● Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. ● Hands-on experience with issue tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar) ● Experience in cross-platform mobile testing (iOS/Android, phones/tablets) like Review mobile device compatibility ● Analyzing the requirements of clients. ● Arranging Test Environment to execute the test cases. ● Conducting Review Meetings. ● Analyzing and executing Test Cases. ● Defect Tracking. ● Communicating with the Test Manager.
