HR Generalist

The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support and services to employees and management. This role is critical in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the company's strategic HR initiatives.

Experience Required

• 5 + Years experience with a strong focus on HR generalist functions.
• Proven experience of Handling Employees grievances and HR Policies
• In-depth working knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
• Working experience of Payroll and HR Applications.

Roles and Responsibility

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes between employees when necessary.
• Provides counsel and support to managers/supervisors on issues of company/HR policy application, operation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations inc. labor relations, employment law, health and safety, compensation, organizational development, performance management, training, relocation, and recruiting.
• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR Generate HR reports and metrics to support management decision-making. Ensure data confidentiality and security.
• Develop and implement employee engagement Organize employee wellness programs and activities to promote a healthy and productive workforce.
