Position: Assistant Manager/Senior Team Lead HRBP

Location: Bangalore - On-site

Experience Required: 6 to 10 years

Shift Hours: 5 PM to 2 AM (Night Shift Only)

Salary Range: 6-9 Lakhs, commensurate with experience and interview performance Transportation: Two-way cab service available for distances up to 25 KM

Responsibilities:

✔ Strategic Planning:

✔ An effective HRBP must assist the organization in becoming future-ready by focusing on the current workforce and preparing them for upcoming challenges.

✔ Key focus areas include: Reskilling and Upskilling:

✔ Assess training requirements and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to align training initiatives with business goals.

✔ Strategic Workforce Planning: Ensure the workforce is appropriately sized, structured, cost-effective, and agile for future demands.

✔ Succession Planning: Identify and nurture key talent to fill critical positions within the organization.

✔ Provide coaching and consultative support to leadership on HR-related issues.

Key Areas of Focus:

- Event Management

- Employee Engagement

- Policy Development

- Employee Grievance Resolution

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for Reporting

- Strong Communication Skills

- Reporting on Attrition and Performance Management System Activities
