Hiring Accountant Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Accounts Payable:

• Process supplier invoices and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Manage timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Reconcile accounts payable balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions.

Accounts Receivable:

• Prepare and issue invoices to clients/customers.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
• Reconcile accounts receivable balances and address any discrepancies.
• Update and maintain customer payment records.

General Accounting Duties:

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Assist with preparation of financial reports, as required.

Experience: 1+ years Accounting experience (Required)

Work Timings: US Timings
