Job Description

Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to support the organization in achieving its business objectives through effective HR practices.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs and develop hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Organize employee events, workshops, and training sessions to boost morale and collaboration.

3. Performance Management

  • Support the execution of performance appraisal processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.

4. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Regularly update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

5. Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Support succession planning and career development programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree or HR certification is a plus).

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in human resource management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HR software and tools (e.g., GREYTHR, HRMS, ATS, payroll systems).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
