Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
   
• Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement:
   
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and feedback initiatives.
• Implement and uphold workplace policies to promote diversity, inclusion, and equity.
3. Training & Development:
   
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
• Support career development initiatives and succession planning strategies.
4. Performance Management:
   
• Oversee performance appraisal systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees for improved performance.
5. HR Compliance & Administration:
   
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Prepare and manage HR reports and metrics to inform decision-making.
6. HR Strategy & Policy Development:
   
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Review and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
7. Compensation & Benefits:
   
• Administer payroll, benefits, and other employee programs.
• Conduct benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
