Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Venkateshwara Group of Institutions in Meerut. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to HR management, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and maintaining HR records and policies.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment skills
• Training and Development expertise
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience in academic or university HR is must
• Experience in Any ERP system is must
• Must have experience on handling payroll and other statutory compliance.
• Masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
