Job Description HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
• Prepare and send offer and rejection letters or emails.
• Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly.
• Conduct orientation sessions, introduce new hires to company policies, and facilitate a positive employee experience.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts in alignment with company policies.
• Plan and organize employee engagement activities to build a positive work culture.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
• Ensure that HR practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and databases, including attendance, leave, and payroll data.
• Develop, implement, and review HR policies and procedures in line with company values and legal requirements.
• Communicate policies effectively to all employees and ensure adherence.
• Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data, leave records, and salary changes.
• Assist employees with queries regarding benefits, compensation, and HR policies.

• Efficient use of computers more specific to MS Office
• Experience of using Job Portals.
• Candidates having experience of using Keka Software for management of HR functions would be preferred
• Good Communication Skill in English

EXPERIENCE

Experience as a recruiter for 4 years

REMUNERATION

• Between 6 Lakhs to 10 Lakhs PLUS Recruitment incentive.
• Provident Fund (optional)
• Gratuity payable as per law
• TDS deductible as per law

JOB TYPE

Full Time/Permanent

OFFICE TIMINGS

¶ 6 days week Sundays, 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off.

¶ Office hours: - 10:00 20:00 (flexible 9 hours a day)
