Berkowits Hair & Skin Clinic India Private Limited is seeking a dynamic marketing leader to join our rapidly expanding organization. With a presence in 10+ cities and plans to expand to 20+ in the next few years, along with aggressive growth in our D2C product business, this role offers a unique opportunity to scale the business 10X.

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Lead Marketing Function: Oversee all marketing efforts, including digital and branding initiatives.

• ⁠ ⁠Full-Funnel Acquisition: Drive full-funnel acquisition marketing strategies.

• ⁠ ⁠Brand Positioning: Define and establish brand positioning among target consumers.

• ⁠ ⁠Consumer Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to develop a robust user acquisition strategy.

• ⁠ ⁠Communication & Media Planning: Develop creative campaigns and media plans for brand promotion.

• ⁠ ⁠Marketing Strategy Design: Craft and implement marketing strategies across multiple categories and channels, both online and offline.

Key Performance Indicators

• ⁠ ⁠Sales Growth: Achieve or surpass annual growth targets for both retail and online sales.

• ⁠ ⁠Retention Rates: Maintain or exceed client retention rate goals.

• ⁠ ⁠Brand Positioning & Messaging: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

• ⁠ ⁠Campaign Effectiveness: Increase conversion rates and lead generation to meet aggressive growth objectives.

• ⁠ ⁠Budget Efficiency: Manage marketing budgets to achieve ROI targets tied to ROAS, CAC, and LTV.

Additional Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

• ⁠ ⁠Enhance processes to improve client experience and marketing programs.

• ⁠ ⁠Refine brand messaging for consistency across all touchpoints.

• ⁠ ⁠Lead targeted campaign development and implementation.

• ⁠ ⁠Embrace innovation and AI opportunities.

• ⁠ ⁠Recruit and onboard new team members to support marketing initiatives.

• ⁠ ⁠Set clear goals and KPIs for team members and functions.

• ⁠ ⁠Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous improvement.

• ⁠ ⁠Implement data-driven decision-making for ongoing optimization.

• ⁠ ⁠Allocate and prioritize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

• ⁠ ⁠Manage resources to support campaign execution and optimization.

Requirements

This full-time role is ideal for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• ⁠ ⁠Ability to be analytical, strategic, and creative.

• ⁠ ⁠Perfect spoken and written English.

Remuneration:

Between Rs. 12-15 Lakhs per annum.

Office Timings:

10:00 - 20:00 (Flexible 9 hours)

2nd and 4th Saturdays off.
