About The Role:

A Brand Marketing job at Treebo involves crafting and executing strategies to build and enhance the Treebo brand's identity, visibility, and customer loyalty

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Brand Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen Treebo’s market presence and align with organizational goals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by overseeing the development and application of brand guidelines.
• Campaign Planning and Execution:
• Spearhead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of innovative marketing campaigns, both digital and offline, to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Spearhead the collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
• Consumer Insights and Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform brand strategy and campaign planning.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to differentiate Treebo in the hospitality space.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the central point of contact for all brand-related activities, managing internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives.
• Agency Management:
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and external agencies to drive content for social media, influencer marketing and other verticals.
• Guide and review the work of agencies and creative teams to ensure the highest quality output.
• Budget Management:
• Strategically plan, manage, and optimize the brand marketing budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively for maximum ROI.
• Handle end-to-end invoicing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Brand Advocacy:
• Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally, fostering a culture of brand advocacy among employees and stakeholders.
• Team Mentorship:
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships.
• Proficient in identifying target audiences and crafting impactful, result-driven campaigns
