Role & responsibilities

• Ensure Factory Act, Environment Act, Fire and safety compliances are done and adhered.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

• Manage the recruitment and selection process Ensure the right talent is sourced and inducted into the company.
• Handhold fresh talent until they integrate into the company fully both in culture and performance.
• Keep attrition at minimum level.
• Perform exit interviews to get feedback of candidates and inform management.
• Review policy annually and implement policy, procedure of the company at all times.
• Maintain discipline and decorum and negate absenteeism, late coming, indiscipline, etc.
• Keep environment safety and hygiene level optimum in company.

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Ensure every salary pay is in time.
• Ensure statutory compliances like PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, bonus etc are paid in time and all compliance are done in time

• To prepare yearly training and development calendar.
• To conduct training program, take feedback of content and trainer and update management

• To make engagement calendar yearly and do activities to keep a atmosphere conducive in company and all employees engaged.

• To implement the talent performance management system of company by ensuring employee fills periodic performance review and mangers ensure they evaluate employees.
• To counsel weak performers and encourage strong performers.
• To conduct annual appraisal

With more than 5 yrs of experience
