Human Resource Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at DeltaX in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and compliance with labor regulations. The HR Manager acts as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Your day to day shall encompass:

• Identify training needs and design professional development programs.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full-cycle hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs.
• Oversee performance evaluation processes, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
• Develop and monitor individual development plans (IDPs) for employees.
• Implement strategies to recognize and reward outstanding performance.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
• Update and maintain company policies and employee handbook.
• Handle sensitive HR matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

What youll need to succeed in the role:

• Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
• Training and Development, Policy Implementation, and Compliance skills
• Experience in labor regulations and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Experience in the advertising or tech industry is beneficial
