Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Manager with a strong focus on recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates across various roles within the organization. You will also contribute to developing and executing HR strategies to build a strong workforce, align with organizational goals, and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy:
  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure recruitment strategies align with business objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract top talent in line with the companys growth.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure the use of diverse sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, job fairs, headhunting).
  • Oversee the development and posting of job descriptions, recruitment ads, and other employer branding materials.

2.Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture, values, and job requirements.
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.
  • Build and maintain a pool of high-potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

3.Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with departmental leaders to understand hiring needs, role specifications, and team dynamics.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and assist with hiring forecasts and workforce planning.
  • Offer expert advice and guidance on best practices for interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.

4.Employee Onboarding:

  • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture and job roles.
  • Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.

5.Employer Branding & Talent Market Intelligence:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company and contribute to enhancing its reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Gather and analyze talent market intelligence, including compensation trends, competitor hiring practices, and new recruitment technologies.

6.HR Administration & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on recruitment activities and provide reports on metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the recruitment budget and identify cost-effective solutions.

7.Process Improvement:

  • Continuously assess and improve the recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Stay updated with HR technology and recruitment trends to implement best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a recruitment-focused role.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, employees, and candidates.
  • Familiarity with HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment tools.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience with employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
  • Experience in managing recruitment teams or projects.
  • Edtech applicants preferred
