Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
  
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business objectives through strategic workforce planning and talent management initiatives.
  
• Ensure seamless execution of all HR generalist activities such as payroll processing, statutory compliance reporting, etc.
  
• Provide expert guidance on labor laws and regulations to maintain a positive employer brand reputation.
