Responsible for overseeing various HR functions- recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals and values. Good understanding of HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Statutory and Payroll is a must.

Desired Candidate Profile

Male candidate having 7 plus years of experience as HR Generalist. Candidates form Healthcare ,Pharma and Hotel industry preferred
