Role & resJob Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources department. This role requires a people-focused leader who can drive HR initiatives, foster a positive work culture, and align HR strategies with business goals. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, training, and compliance, ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Build employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
2. Employee Engagement & Retention
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well-being.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and reward programs.
Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
3. Learning & Development
Identify employee development needs and organize relevant training programs.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth integration.
Encourage a continuous learning culture within the organization.
4. HR Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Manage employee records and documentation in a secure and confidential manner.
5. Performance Management
Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
Provide guidance to managers on goal setting, feedback, and employee development.
Drive initiatives to enhance individual and team performance.
6. HR Operations & Payroll
Manage payroll processing in collaboration with the finance department.
Handle HR analytics and generate reports for management.
Ensure smooth HR operational processes, including exit formalities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in HR software and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Experience in managing HR operations, employee engagement, and change management responsibilities
