Avoid applying to this company. The environment is plagued by toxic politics driven by the GM Sales and Key account Managers. Unethical Practices: My friend was fired first and now I've been let go for refusing to manipulate sales numbers for the founders. This wasn't just about minor discrepancies they wanted to present misleadingstatistics by altering the company's data. She claims she will be the CEO in coming months, leaving me with no recourse. I resigned. The founders are sitting with closed eyes. On a positive note, I am relieved not to be part of such unethical practices. Political Environment: You will be pushed by her to engage in politics against other departments, especially other GM who is just a puppet for the CEO. You will be instructed by her to work off hours just to appear busy to the founders. Superstition: Guys, ALERT, superstitions based decisions by GM Sales, If your numerology doesn't align with her birth date, you won't be fired outright but will be stratefically removed. Toxic Work Culture: GM Sales along with her two close associates from KAM and HR executive, spend their time gossiping and scheming against other department heads. Lack of support: The founders will never support you or listen to your grievances Guys, CEO is entirely biased towards GM Sales. I would advice against applying here....Read More

Terrible work culture. 2 heads fight with each other to prove them and they don’t care about there team which is suffering because of them. Specially operations head. No work knowledge no work ethics.

Worst culture, unethical employment practices, No HR policies. Only unskilled people who like to work as labor. GMs practice bad politics to remove skilled candidates just to hold their positions in the company as they are communicating wrong numbers to the founders. Founders don't have clear vision for their organization. They just take impulsive decisions. They are working like 50 years old organization where employees treated as bounded labor....Read More

If you are willing to improve your comskills do join this company, everyone talks in english. Very good conference room and AV setup- all the meetings happen here so it gives you a good feeling. Negotiate well with them on salary, the daughter and father duo will pay you whatever you want.

No clarity of business. The father and daughter think that they know everything. But they are dumb people with no business sense. Average life span at a leadership position is in days not even in months. They hire PPL from good companies and then do show Shaw baji on LinkedIn. They never give autonomy to leadership ppl to operate. Company Kam chalate hai self branding platform jada hai. Office ke diwaron par apni hi photo chipka rakhi hai.They only trust two of there oldtimers and always live in fear that someone will copy there business model and take away the clients. They call themselves study abroad company but place PPL in the role like butchery, carpenter, poultry. AC nahi chalate, office ki safai nahi karate, internet ke liye 5 wifi connection liye hai , apni seat se hate to dusra wifi connect karo. employees ko ache review likhne ke liye bolte hai, calling crm ek din achanak se band kyonki vendor ko payment nahi gayi, bhool gaye the. Agar Ghar baithe ho join karna ye company muh mange paise par but purani company is company ke liye mat chorna. They play with PPL profile. Interview me bahut mast se baat karte hai.
