Good in terms of peers are so supportive and hard worker. For certain positions it's good for work life balance.

Dislikes

Too much politics and doesn't recognise employees who is really on the filed and putting there effect. Employees shouldn't get appraisal based on favouritism it should be based on the real time performance. Learning and development is zero in this organisation.

Management is chaotic Management doesn't know what they are doing, just keeps repeating the same useless work Management vision is weak and bounded They treat an employee as a victim as if they are showing mercy to them They pay as much as less as possible, the average salary of 8K and working hours of 10-12 hours
