1. There is alot of helicopter management where people have to report their daily activities to the senior managers 2. Nowadays its becoming a lot of school like structures where employee has to put attendance and have to be on the desk and cant go for the simple games 3. During appraisal they give less hikes even if the candidate has shown significant improvements in his roles

Company is good but cannot trust leadership. Busy in bringing their colleagues from their previous company and bring their own culture. Dirty politics.

Dislikes

If you are management favourite, management will go against their promotion policy and give you growth and appraisal. Otherwise they will hire external people with irrelevant experience and give them good package and make internal people train them. Internal people will be given all sorts of reasons for not promoting. Higher management busy in hiring from their previous company and making their own team. Being bias is their expertise. Nobody is approachable. One voice survey is of no use. Blame game at its best. If you raise your voice against wrong things, they will find ways to trouble you. Great working culture and overall culture at M&G Global Services. There's a good opportunity to learn as you work with stakeholders in the UK. Salary and benefits are at par with the industry.

Dislikes

Recognition can be a potential issue since majority of the team is based out of the UK and Ireland. On HR front, the overall processing time is higher than the industry and there is a 30% co-payment for parental claims.

Salary is less than average if we compare to industry standards and skill development is not something we can do because most of our time is utilised in finishing our work. Appraisals for new joinees is a standard rating of 4 as we are new to the organisation they say you still are in the learning phase

Overall it's a employee centric company. Company's culture is very good . Growth and learning depends upon which area or team you are part of. There are many employees who have been benefited and few who are still at the same position and package. It is to do with Management people. I would still say a good company to work with.

Dislikes

Few Managers, management they are least bother about the experienced staff and talented ,hardworking staff too.
