Induction program is a serious affair and ample effort from the HR Department is highly visible to ensure the employees are familiar with the best practices of Samunnati. Work life balance and workplace ethics is a constant and a priority. Major company wide decisions are observed to be accompanied by prior and clear communications to the employees. Samunnati is a highly respectable organization and it deserves to be a role model for other organizations as well.
