Work life balance and work culture was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. Higher authorities were never supportive. HRs are biased.

I'm working in this company since last 2.8 years in Bhubaneswar . Its the best company I have worked so far. The company is both customer an employee centric. Senior management are visionary and are knowledgable and gave us confidence during lockdown when Job insecurity feeling was creeping and stood on their commitment that there will be no Job cut and infact we got bonus and increments and they also ensure overall development of employee through various mental and physical wellness program which immensely benefitted thanks to Anil & Guru Sir. HR policy is one of the best as they are very supportive and ensure perfect work life balance and are able to respond in quick turnaround time . In samunnati Teammates are so good & they are like family members ,Even also Job security & career growth is path is excellent. Salary /appraisal ,travel policies also so standard able. Working culture & environment is also so good .

At present, I am working on community mobilization, business advisory and strengthening of 15 FPC under FPO development project. Strengthening of FPC and capacity building of BODs on value & supply chain of Agri-inputs, fruits and vegetables.
