I have been employed here since 2015 and I am very satisfied with company I work for. Management is very supportive. I work in sales process and there are lot of growth opportunity beside this there is huge monthly incentive. Overall very happy.

I have been working from past 2.5 years with Biz2 Credit. The management team at biz2 credit is fantastic and supportive. Good incentive policy and quality of work. They are approachable, responsive and always willing to listen to feedback. The company provides a great work life balance. Lots of work but no pressure at there. Cab facility is provided.

-Biz2Credit is following hire and fire strategy. Management forces employees to resign or else blackmails to issue termination letter. This comes with zero severance and zero notice pay. -Some teams have 15 to 20 employees, as a result of which, your individual contribution is never highlighted or appreciated. - The management is extremely biased, not only with employees, but also with locations. - There is an irritatingly extreme level of micro-management within the company. You get good incentive, you can take breaks any time, you get cab, sometimes like on Diwali and Christmas party is thrown (pizza and snacks and cold drinks thats it, dont expect much)

Almost everything is worse. Lets start from beginning, 1. Interview - interviewed by HR and operations. HR is fine but operation guy tries to intimidate during interview and you get nervous. The experience never remains pleasing. 2. Salary Negotiation - They don't negotiate much. Their range is narrow. So, don't expect much if you are from non-IT field. I was under the impression that I will get at least 30% hike but ended up joining on almost same salary. 3. Joining - You get called in at least one or two hours earlier, no one attends you. No welcome gesture or welcome kit ( which good companies provide). You get the joining letter almost 3 weeks later which you should have on the same or next day. 4. Training - This is worst part. Pathetic, I would say. In the name of training you are taught only 40% out of 100% . Rest, you learn when you make mistakes and get scolded in a very rude way. 5. Lack of soft skills - People here are totally alien to the concept of soft spoken skills. Rude and disrespectful toward any age group. 6. No SOP - There is no SOP.
