I have been employed here since 2015 and I am very satisfied with company I work for. Management is very supportive. I work in sales process and there are lot of growth opportunity beside this there is huge monthly incentive. Overall very happy.

I have been working from past 2.5 years with Biz2 Credit. The management team at biz2 credit is fantastic and supportive. Good incentive policy and quality of work. They are approachable, responsive and always willing to listen to feedback. The company provides a great work life balance. Lots of work but no pressure at there. Cab facility is provided.

-Biz2Credit is following hire and fire strategy. Management forces employees to resign or else blackmails to issue termination letter. This comes with zero severance and zero notice pay. -Some teams have 15 to 20 employees, as a result of which, your individual contribution is never highlighted or appreciated. - The management is extremely biased, not only with employees, but also with locations. - There is an irritatingly extreme level of micro-management within the company.
