Work-life balance is quite good, it's like product based companies, because you don't deal with external client, so you can take things easy. Salary is decent if you join IT team. High job security, if you want to stay for years, you can easily do that. That may hamper your salary growth, but you can stick here. There're many people working here for more than 6-7 years, some more than 10-12 years. Company culture is good, atleast what I've faced so far in BI team. There is no consistency of work. Talking about BI team, data are extremely unorganised. No documentation, no process following, just get the job done any how. You will feel sometimes what you're doing actually. Use of tech like other IT firms is very less, things get done with very primitive approach.
