Workplace atmosphere is uniquely conducive and day to day transactions are conducted with dignity and respect to the employees. Samunnati is an ideal organization where new employees are expected and given ample opportunities by the management to develop their capabilities and contribute to the organization and its constituency. Induction program is a serious affair and ample effort from the HR Department is highly visible to ensure the employees are familiar with the best practices of Samunnati. Work life balance and workplace ethics is a constant and a priority. Major company wide decisions are observed to be accompanied by prior and clear communications to the employees. Samunnati is a highly respectable organization and it deserves to be a role model for other organizations as well. It is also my opinion that work culture of Samunnati based on professionalism and respect is a rarity in today's competitive economy.
