1- Company is in such sector which we understood the importance during lockdown and samunnati comes with some innovative ideas and strategy which helps agriculture based companies, farmers or any related to this sector to grow or cater to large instinct. It was about company and their business. 2- For employee though company still comes under start up category but they always takes step in positive ways even in adverse situation so employee just focus on work not on negative aspect and classic example that in covid time company has too much liquidity while other NBFC were struggling.Offer good Perks and benefits. 3- In my vertical all the employees are very corporative and always I get support from boss, super boss or anyone else when needed. Except 1-2 people is just below par (in supportive nature) which is normal in any organization....Read More

1- Company is currently working in several states but has more focus in some regions only. It might be due to that region has more agri based activities but If company runs in Pan India then they shoulld have basic infrastructure in all running areas.
