It was about company and their business. 2- For employee though company still comes under start up category but they always takes step in positive ways even in adverse situation so employee just focus on work not on negative aspect and classic example that in covid time company has too much liquidity while other NBFC were struggling.Offer good Perks and benefits. 3- In my vertical all the employees are very corporative and always I get support from boss, super boss or anyone else when needed.
